I have been in real estate for more than 20 years and have been a consistent top producer in Taos County. My staff, agents, and I understand the importance of being knowledgeable on current market conditions. We are constantly expanding our skills through coaching and education, and we have systems in place to handle all the details of any real estate transaction.

My group has creative, responsive, and enthusiastic approaches to marketing and selling all types of properties. For both buyers and sellers, we excel at problem-solving, negotiating, and communication.

I am a three-time past president of the Taos County Board of Realtors, a past member of the board of directors of the Millicent Rogers Museum, Habitat for Humanity, Taos Community Foundation, Court Appointed Special Advocates, and Rivers and Birds. I am a 2006 graduate of Leadership New Mexico and currently serve on the board of Stray Hearts Animal Shelter.

Yvonne Trujillo-Associate Broker

Born and raised in beautiful Taos, New Mexico, I am proud to be considered a true Taoseña. I graduated from Taos High School and hold a bachelor’s degree in education from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. After graduation, I returned home to Taos, where I have lived ever since. In 2007, I acquired my associate broker real estate license. My passion for real estate ignited over 15 years ago and has continued to burn brightly ever since. Over the past two years, I have served on the Taos County Board of Realtors as well as on the Protest Board for the State of New Mexico. Both have been fulfilling positions. On a personal level, I have been married to my wonderful husband, David Trujillo, also a licensed broker, for 21 years. Together, we have identical twin boys who are now 19 years old.

I am a local Taoseño with a thorough knowledge of the Taos real estate market and the complete geographic layout of the area. I am a 1993 graduate of Taos High School, an Army veteran, and retired Chief of Police of the Town of Taos Police Department. I focus on selling real estate by listing, advertising, and marketing properties for those interested in selling their homes, businesses, and land. Victoria Gunn-Associate Broker

I started my career as a broker for Berkshire Hathaway in Chicago in 1999. With 23 years in the business, I have seen it all! I am a concierge service broker with a background in design. I help clients not only with marketing but also quite a few of their needs when it comes to staging, remodeling, or moving. I am lucky to be part of the Page Sullivan Group because our team of brokers has the highest professional standards and the largest wealth of knowledge available in Northern New Mexico. Our team is unbeatable at providing service to our clients. We are a powerhouse! Having eight brokers to help clients is a rare asset. When I am not selling real estate, you will find me hiking, skiing, or taking care of a menagerie of foster animals for Stray Hearts Animal Shelter.

Devona Maes-Associate Broker

I have lived in Taos since about the age of seven, when my father brought my mother and me back to his hometown. I love the mountains. I have more than ten years of title insurance experience in the local title industry, and I have a degree in accounting. Both of those experiences have helped me assist my clients in navigating through the real estate process. I also have some knowledge of the construction industry because my husband and I own a successful electrical contracting business. We have 11 children and two grandchildren, and I enjoy going to see them engaging in all their sporting activities.

Luis Romero-Associate Broker

 Having been born and raised in Northern New Mexico, I have strong ties to the area. I love spending time in the mountains with my wife of 8 years especially during the warmer seasons. We enjoy fishing, hiking, and camping and try to get out as often as we can. I also enjoy helping people and providing service to the community. One way I do this is by coaching high school football for one of the local schools. I am entrusted and viewed as a leader and mentor for these young men, and I vow to use these same principles towards my clients.

Brittany Maes-Associate Broker

New Mexico born and raised, I love all things  family,  friends, and real estate. I enjoy traveling, learning new things, and refurbishing old things. I love being in the mountains. My family and I enjoy hunting, fishing, and hiking. Because my husband served seven years with the United States Air Force, I am especially passionate about helping veterans and military families find their dream home. I also have a deep passion for first-time home buyers and love guiding them through their purchase. My goal is to help you find your next home. I hope not only to create a professional experience but also become a family friend through the process.

Stephen Vaughn-Administrative Assistant

I am the administrative assistant for the Page Sullivan Group. Originally from Austin, Texas, I have been fascinated by the Taos area since the age of six, when I learned to ski at Taos Ski Valley. I earned a degree in studio art from the University of Texas at Austin and continue to paint Taos-inspired imagery to this day. I have engaged in diverse professional pursuits, including automotive repair, consumer electronic repair, social work, and fine art. My hobbies include skiing, hiking, and climbing. My goal is to make real estate transactions proceed as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
